Developed a scenery estimate based on design. Organized a build schedule. Met the Production Team’s artistic and collaborative expectations. Oversaw a team of 5 drafters consisting of ATDs, rigging specialist, automation specialist, and CNC specialist. Kept Production Team updated on progress through email and Trello. Wrote a truck pack and load in plan. Lead a safety training and emergency exit drill. The challenge for this show focused on building three-dimensional flats to fly, large scene changes, and many flying scenery pieces.
